The Trinity River Plays

The Chicago premier of Artistic Collective member Regina Taylor’s trilogy The Trinity River Plays is a journey through three periods in the life of Iris. Set in the South Oak Cliff neighborhood of Dallas, TX, this emotionally rich trilogy explores the forces that drive her away from home and family and the forces that bring her back over the course of 17 years. Below are resources for the play’s three parts: Jar Fly, Rain, and Ghoststory. Follow the links to find out more about the people and places of this incredible production!
